Last fall, Trico Homes announced it was building the 2021 STARS Lottery home in one of Calgary’s most sought after communities – The Woods. A signature creation from WestCreek Developments, The Woods offers one lucky winner the chance to live in an established aspen forest in the heart of the gorgeous community of Legacy.
This is the 4th straight year in a row that Trico Homes has partnered with STARS Air Ambulance to build and design the South East Calgary lottery home. Michael Brown, President of Trico Homes proudly said in his interview in October that the company was “honoured to have this opportunity to help support STARS Air Ambulance and the critical life-saving work they do for Albertans each and every day.”
Each STARS lottery ticket sold helps support the operation and success of the life-saving efforts of Shock Trauma Air Rescue Service Foundation operating in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The money raised from selling lottery tickets helps keep the distinctive red helicopters and rescue teams in the air for when the crucial and rapid assistance is urgently needed.
This year’s grand prize is Trico’s fabulous $1.1 million Cambridge model estate showhome featuring modern designs, spacious layouts and high-end materials. Offering an impressive living space of 2,276 Sq. Ft., Cambridge boasts a fully developed basement, triple car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The finished basement provides a generous yet private space including a large family rec room, home gym and wet bar. The master bedroom on the second floor features an ultimate spa inspired five-piece ensuite and private balcony separated from the other bedrooms.
