With a new year always comes the excitement of possibility and progress. Luckily, we have plenty of that planned for 2023 in Legacy! Here are a few things to look forward to this year, plus much more:
Phase 20 of The Woods
We continue to make amazing progress on Phase 20 of The Woods, with triple-car garage options, an existing aspen forest in your backyard, and the complete seclusion from the rear of the home.
This is the last phase of The Woods in Legacy and will create a full loop through the area. With construction finished in December, this phase promises to provide additional lots backing onto green space and pathways with trees in between, as well as new pie-shaped lots up to 48 ft. wide.
New Estate Home Lots
Our Estate offerings continue to grow, with the development of Phase 31 finishing with the final concrete and asphalt being poured in the spring. This phase offers the largest lots in Legacy to date with 54 ft. wide lots. With views of the environmental reserve that will take your breath away, to quality luxury interior details from both Morrison Homes and Crystal Creek Homes, our Estates will have you feeling like you’re miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This phase offers both lots backing onto the 300 acres of environmental reserve as well as the community’s largest park, which will arrive in the coming years.
Homes by AVI
Homes by AVI opens their latest duplex and townhome showhomes later this month, offering both quality and luxury. A name synonymous with the best Calgary has to offer, we’re excited to see the completion of their 74 lots. This special area is located on Legacy View and Legacy Circle SE right across from the Green park!
Completion of the Phase 31 Storm Pond
You’ve seen the construction that’s underway on our latest storm pond, and we’re proud to announce it’s planned completion in spring 2023 – complete with landscaping so you can enjoy scenic walks around the water.
Completion of 210th Avenue
We love seeing our community continue to grow and connect, and with that comes the completion of 210th Avenue down to Wolf Willow. Stay tuned for more updates on construction as we complete this road connection down to Wolf Willow by the end of 2023. Wolf Willow will feature a new dog park and new connections to Fish Creek Park and the Bow River in 2023.
Phase 24 and 34
Keep an eye out for more lot openings in 2023, with lots of laned, duplex, front-drive amenity and Estate options in Phase 19, 24, 33 and 34.
