So much has been changing in Legacy over the past summer. Here’s a quick update to get you up-to-speed on what’s new and what you can expect to come next!
Final Sale $50k Off Promo
Park-facing estate lots in phase 10 are almost sold out! The last remaining lots offer easy access to the Green Park & Playground and the community walking pathway along the ridge, steps away from the 300 acres of environmental reserve for you to explore. New Showhomes Coming Soon
The newest show homes for the estate lots on phase 14 are almost complete! This phase features ridge lots with walkout basements backing onto the environmental reserve. Don’t miss out on your chance of getting the best views along the ridge! Keep your eyes open for future event details and registration.
Commercial Update
New retailers have been making their way to Legacy this past month! Recently, Township has welcomed Dental Wellness, Dollarama, PetSmart and Winners. Coming up this month, you can expect to bring your hockey nights to the next level with the addition of the Canadian Brewhouse in the community! Township will also welcome Big Sky and Wine and Beyond this Fall.
Have you seen the latest addition of public art in this area? You’ll find the Windward Light art feature standing at the heart of Township! Conveniently placed bicycle racks, ample parking, safe walking paths and green areas all join to create an enjoyable space to visit and shop close to home!
Legacy Grove is also welcoming some new retailers this season! Jade’s Meat Shop and Asian Grocery Store is now open to shop for fresh meats, produce, and spices.
